How Do I Know if Group Coaching
is Right For Me?

My Approach
I work with my group coaching clients in a
3-phase method called P.I.R. which means: preparation, intention and rhythm.
Preparation:
As with any change, it’s imperative we PREPARE for change. Preparation aids our success.
Intention:
What’s your intention? What are your true motivations? There’s nothing wrong with wanting to shed a few pounds if you’re willing to adjust the HOW. If you’ve come into group coaching with only outward change in mind, you may need to reprioritize. If you’re looking for change in how you approach whole health, you’re in the right place.
Rhythm:
Over a period of specified time, you’ll notice that sustainable practices really feel rhythmic. This is the best place to be because they allow your health practices to remain SUSTAINABLE.
By the end of the 3 phase journey, you’ll be in a good place of “flow” with your health. Or as I like to say, you’ve put burnout in the rearview, for good.
